This section includes the films shot by Piero Portaluppi.

An extraordinary archive of 16 mm films, encompassing the history of his family, but also of society and a particular period of time. More than sixteen hours of film shot between 1929 and 1965 recount the passing of time: Milan, major European cities, important characters of his lifetime, entrepreneurs, artists and intellectuals and also fascism.  Not only this though, the films also include weddings, the birth of his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, holidays in Val Formazza, Egypt, portraits and trips with university students.

Portaluppi edited all his films with irony and humour.
